KEVIN P. HUBER
Kevin P. Huber is the President/CEO of Grupe Huber. Grupe Huber manages approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial offices, commercial office spaces for lease, retail space and self storage. Grupe Huber is responsible for the redevelopment of University Park a 102 acre project located in midtown Stockton,in the historic Magnolia District. Additionally, he oversees the development of a 60 acre highway commercial project located off of Interstate 5 and Highway 12. Grupe Huber is an investor in a variety of other real estate holdings and real estate development companies.
Kevin originally joined The Grupe Company in 1986. He served as the President from 2000-2004, and as the CEO from 2005-2009. Kevin is a graduate of the University of the Pacific – Eberhardt School of Business, and now serves as the Chair for the Board of Regent’s for Pacific. He is an officer and recent past Chapter Chair of the Young Presidents Organization. He is the past Chairman of the San Joaquin Partnership, a public/private economic development entity. Kevin is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Building Industry Association of the Delta, and was appointed by the San Joaquin Board of Supervisors to the Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee. Kevin was also appointed by the Stockton City Council to serve on the committee to develop a Climate Action Plan for the City of Stockton.
Kevin has served on numerous charitable, advisory and Foundation Boards locally and nationally. Kevin is married to his wife Sandy of 33 years and they have three adult children and two grandchildren.

DAN KEYSER
Dan Keyser joined Grupe Huber in 1987 and has served in a variety of executive management positions, which included responsibilities for acquisitions, development, financing, construction, leasing, property, asset management and sales. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Grupe Huber, and is responsible for numerous investment accounts, several developments and business park associations.
Dan has been responsible for completing hundreds of transactions generating hundreds of millions in revenue and value. Dan graduated Cum Laude from California State University Stanislaus with a Business Degree in Accounting, and has held a California Real Estate Broker’s license since 1999.
Dan has served on Boards of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, BIA of San Joaquin County, SUSD, CSU Stanislaus Stockton, Escalon Consolidated Fire District, ran the Escalon Youth Baseball program for 8 years, and participates in several local non-profit groups.
Dan is married to his wife Stacie of 33 years and they have two sons and one granddaughter.

MAURICE LIU
Maurice Liu joined The Grupe Huber in 1988 and is currently the Controller and Vice President of Grupe Huber. He has been involved with the development and management of multi-family and single-family residential projects as well as office and retail properties. Maurice has held various management positions responsible for financial analysis, accounting, financing, loan administration, and asset and property management.
Maurice graduated from the University of the Pacific’s Eberhardt School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree. He currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Children’s Museum of Stockton.

FRITZ HUBER
Fritz Huber joined Grupe Huber in 2017 and currently serves as an Assistant Vice President. Fritz is responsible for assisting with the management of Grupe Huber’s various office, retail, and self-storage developments.
Prior to joining Grupe Huber, Fritz worked for The Grupe Company and Greenlaw Partners. While at The Grupe Company, he served as the Associate Director of Acquisitions where he helped oversee the company’s apartment acquisitions division. His key duties were identifying new acquisitions, underwriting, managing the acquisition process, and investor relations.
In total, Fritz has assisted in over $700 million new acquisitions and completed more than 30 lease transactions totaling over 120,000 square feet of space. Fritz Huber Graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
