The newest tenant at University Park held its Grand Opening on February 28, 2019. WelbeHealth stands for a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly. This program provides many medical services to seniors who otherwise might not be getting the care that they need to help them age in place.

The 102-acre University Park in the historic Magnolia District of Stockton was designed by developer Grupe Commercial Company to project a message of hope and peace. The Stockton garden is part of the California-based non-profit International World Peace Rose Garden project, the brainchild of TJ David & Sylvia Villalobos, whose goal is to create artistically designed rose gardens that help transform ordinary community spaces into vibrant, beautiful places for peace.

LT. GOVERNOR VISIT CSU STANISLAUS STOCKTON CAMPUS
March 11, 2019
Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis met with Mayor Michael Tubbs and Assemblywoman Susan Eggman on March 11, 2019 to learn more about the possibility of bringing a California State University Campus to Stockton. Kounalakis was given a tour of the CSU Stan Satellite campus which is one of the sites being considered for the new campus.
